I HIGHLY recommend the Southwest Benny from the Little Griddle Kitchen! It’s a crispy English muffin, topped with tomatoes, avocado, a thick piece of peameal bacon, a perfectly poached egg and a mildly spiced hollandaise sauce. I didn’t want to, but I ate the whole thing! 😆 Support Small & Local🫶🏻
